Returns are accepted only by refunding the money as in-store credit. This has to be reported within the first 5 days of receiving the item. After that time frame, we won't accept any return. Items bought on sale (using code or automated sale) can't be refunded and returned. With purchasing at our shop you automatically agree with our return policy. If you would like more details about any item, please do not hesitate to get in touch via email anna.gorbunova222@gmail.com on our contact page and we will give you all the information that you need. To report a return of your purchase:

1. All items purchased from My Fashion heaven (excluding swimwear, lingerie, customised, sale items and some rare pieces) can be returned, unworn and unused via store credit only. STRICTLY items must be returned in the condition in which it was received and with the My Fashion Heaven security label attached.
